MiniMax™ feeder pan

MiniMax round feeder pan for the automated feeding of broilers

MiniMax™ is an automated pan feeding system for broilers. This feeder pan is the most highly regarded in the poultry sector. The first version, launched in 1985, became the standard for anyone who wanted to invest in broilers. There is now a second generation of MiniMax feeder pans. The round pan still has its original properties: robustness, ease of cleaning and a unique feed filling method. Since then, the options for the MiniMax have only expanded and the pan has evolved with the size of the broiler. The pan is now also modular. You can choose a MiniMax that fully meets your preferences and way of working, so you can grow even more efficiently.

CoMeo® feeder pan

CoMeo round feeder pan for the automated feeding of broilers

CoMeo® is an automated pan feeding system for broilers. Choose this feeder pan if you prefer not to allow broilers inside the pan. At Roxell, we call this an open feeder pan. This type of pan does not have a grill. It is a hygienic solution that still allows the feed to be fully accessible. The chicks cannot sleep in the feed and, therefore, all birds have full access to the feed.

HaiKoo® feeder pan

HaiKoo oval feeder pan for the automated feeding of broilers

HaiKoo® is an automated pan feeding system for broilers. This feeding system is Roxell’s oval-shaped feeder pan for broilers. Oval-shaped pans are a Roxell invention. KiXoo® feeder pan

Natural Beak Smoothing

KiXoo feeder pan for broiler breeders, automatic feeding for females

KiXoo® is an automatic, oval pan feeding system for females that lay fertilized eggs from 18 weeks. At this stage of breeding, the guidelines on feed volume change week by week. The more closely you stick to the feeding plans, the better results you will see. This means a feeding system like KiXoo is an absolute must. Thanks to design of this feeder pan, female broiler breeders eat the right feed amount and composition, without fear of competition from males.

Bridolay™ trough feeding system

Bridolay trough feeding system for automatic feeding for commercial layers

Bridolay™ is an automatic trough feeding system for chickens that lay eggs for consumption from 18 weeks. The feeding line with trough eliminates selective feed pecking, a common problem with other feeding systems such as chain feeders. An auger within the Bridolay trough feeding system mixes the feed and rapidly distributes it through the trough. This prevents chickens from eating during the feed distribution. The auger ultimately produces a balanced and even feed composition for every hen.

Bridomat™ trough feeding system

Bridomat trough feeding system for broiler breeders, automatic feeding for females

Bridomat™ is an automatic trough feeding system for broiler breeders that lay fertilized eggs from 18 weeks. The feeding line with trough eliminates selective feed pecking, a common problem with other feeding systems such as chain feeders. An auger within the Bridomat trough mixes the feed and rapidly distributes it through the house. This prevents chickens from eating during the feed distribution. The auger ultimately produces a balanced and even feed composition for every broiler breeder.

Fidos™ gestation

Animal Welfare

Fidos electronic feeding station for sows in group housing

Fidos™ gestation is an electronic feeding station for the individual feeding of sows. It is the leading feeding system for sows in group housing. Pigs can wander around in the house, with areas for relaxing, eating, and exercising. They are free to eat whenever they want. They receive feed automatically when they enter the feeding station. The feeding station first reads the RFID chip in the eartag to identify the pig. Then the sow is given the feed that is intended for it.

Multifast® batch feeding system

Biosecurity

Multifast batch feeding system for pig houses

Multifast® is a batch feeding system for pig houses. It controls and connects the feed processes at your pig farm: from the moment the feed leaves the bin, to the delivery of the feed to the pigs. All feed passes through a special weigher-mixer that can mix up to 20 ingredients. It also weighs the batches with precision and sends them to the correct troughs or day bins at the house.

Multiflex™ feed transport

Biosecurity

Multiflex feed transport for all types of pig feed

Multiflex™ is a feed transport system for creating a simple circuit with four bends. Many pig farmers use this type of feed transport in pig houses with electronic feeding stations for sows. The feeding places are centralized in an open space. The feed circuit only transports feed to this specific feeding zone, which makes constructing a transport system simpler. In houses with young piglets, it can easily handle the feeding process.

Discaflex™ feed transport

Biosecurity

Discaflex feed transport for all types of pig feed

Discaflex™ is a transport system for creating extensive circuits with many bends in your house. Many pig farmers use them in their farrowing houses to provide individual farrowing pens with feed. The Discaflex system goes from pen to pen and fills each dispenser with the pig feed of your choice. It is a solution tailored to your house and needs.

The Discaflex circuit also transports feed to the feeding points more quickly. The unique shape of the chain carries the feed more effectively, meaning it can reach its destination more smoothly.
